Types of data processed
The data processed is provided by the Data Subject as a customer of the Controller and may include:
- first/last name/company name;
- address;
- tax code/VAT number;
- Unique Code;
- email;
- PEC (certified email);
- phone number;
- operational data related to use of the service;
- geolocation data of the user’s device, where the feature is enabled.
Location data
The “ActivePager” app may collect and process the geographic location data of the user’s device (GPS coordinates or equivalent data) solely to support operational functions for managing interventions, locating vehicles and personnel, map display, and coordinating rescue activities.
Purpose and legal basis for processing
The purpose of processing is to provide the service through the “ActivePager” app for the intervention activities of the Data Subject and its operators.
Location data is processed exclusively to:
- enable correct operation of the app’s operational features;
- allow the location of operators and vehicles during intervention activities;
- improve coordination and safety of operations.
The legal bases for processing are:
- performance of a contract;
- compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting);
- the user’s consent, where required by the device operating system to access location data.
Methods of processing personal data
Processing is carried out in electronic form and is performed by the Controller and its specifically authorized personnel or by external data processors appointed and authorized by the Controller.
Any data profiling activity is excluded.
Location data is accessible exclusively to authorized persons within the user’s organization (e.g. operations center, intervention managers) and to the Controller’s authorized personnel or appointed external processors.
Data recipients
Personal data is not disclosed. It may be accessed only by the Controller’s authorized personnel and/or by processors acting on the Controller’s behalf. In some cases, your data may be communicated to parties authorized to access it under Italian or EU law.
Transfer of data to countries outside the European Economic Area
No transfer of data to countries outside the European Economic Area is planned. If such a transfer becomes necessary, before proceeding the Controller will provide all relevant information and, if required, request your consent.
Data retention
Data is kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in this notice, to comply with legal obligations, or to establish or defend a legal claim. Once limitation periods have expired, personal data will be permanently deleted or, alternatively, anonymized.
Data subject rights
The Data Subject may exercise at any time the rights recognized by law, listed below:
- access the data provided;
- obtain rectification of the data provided, its erasure, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed unlawfully, or restriction of processing;
- object to data processing;
- withdraw consent;
- obtain data portability;
- obtain confirmation as to whether such data exists, know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request integration or updating, know the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools, and the identification details of the Controller, the Processors, and the DPO, where appointed;
- lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Garante Privacy) https://www.garanteprivacy.it ;
- object to automated decision-making, including profiling, where carried out;
- receive, without undue delay, notification of a personal data breach.
