The data processed is provided by the Data Subject as a customer of the Controller and includes: first name/last name/company name, address, tax code/VAT number, SDI code, email, certified email (PEC), and phone number.Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
The purpose of processing is to provide the service through the “ActivePager” app for the intervention activities of the Data Subject and their operators. The legal bases for processing are contract performance and compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting).How Personal Data Is Processed
Processing takes place electronically and is carried out by the Controller and expressly authorized staff or by external processors specifically appointed and authorized by the Controller. No data profiling activities are performed.Data Recipients
Personal data is not publicly disclosed. It may be accessed only by authorized personnel of the Controller and/or by processors acting on behalf of the Controller. In some cases, your data may be shared with entities that are legally entitled to access it under Italian or EU regulations.Data Transfers Outside the European Economic Area
No transfer of data to countries outside the European Economic Area is currently planned. If such a transfer becomes necessary, before proceeding the Controller will provide all relevant information and, when required, request your consent.Data Retention
Data is stored for the time necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in this notice, to comply with legal obligations, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Once statutory limitation periods expire, personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.Data Subject Rights

- obtain rectification of the data, deletion, anonymization, blocking of data processed unlawfully, or restriction of processing;
- object to data processing;

- obtain confirmation as to whether or not the same data exists, know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request integration or updates, know processing purposes and methods, the logic applied in the case of processing with electronic tools, and the identification details of the Controller, Processors, and DPO where designated;
- lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Italian Data Protection Authority) https://www.garanteprivacy.it ;
- object to automated decision-making, including profiling, where applicable;
- receive notification of a personal data breach without undue delay.
