Alerting

For fast,
organized, and effective rescue operations

Alerting is the core feature around which our software platform for rescue support was built. The need that drove us to develop ActivePager was to make rescue operations as fast, organized, and effective as possible:

In emergency situations, every second can be critical. That is why it is essential to immediately know how many responders are available, who they are, and how many minutes will pass before they arrive. Responders, in turn, must immediately know where to go and receive clear instructions.

Alert Activation

Using our alerting system is very simple: you can activate ActivePager and alert personnel from the control room via the POCSAG network, through analog radio, or from the ActivePager app installed on a smartphone.

As soon as it is activated, the call management system sends intervention data to all responders, who receive the information they need directly on their smartphones.

Specifically, rescue information is delivered through the ActivePager app, Telegram, and SMS for real-time communication without obstacles.

Real-Time Responder Feedback

Once the alert is received, each responder can open the alerting app on their smartphone and access all necessary information.

Within seconds, they can understand the emergency, where it is located, and which responders are on the way.

Through the app, responders can also confirm whether they are available, allowing supervisors to know in real time the exact composition of the rescue team and expected intervention timing.

Rescue Alerting Has Never Been This Effective

Our software platform for rescue support can be easily integrated with all existing systems.

ActivePager also includes a control room interface, giving operators a complete view of the alerting cycle to coordinate operations and available resources effectively.

Finally, this call management system provides an alerting channel that also works when pager selective calls are not received.
