Alerting: A key part of our call and personnel platform, the advanced alerting system works alongside traditional alerting and provides a secure, fast channel that still works if pager selective calls are missed. Each responder receives alert details in the ActivePager app, on Telegram, and by SMS, and can respond to supervisors in real time.
SO115 Integration: Integration with the national platform enables automatic exchange of intervention data with the relevant station, without additional workload for control room operators.
Evacuation Plans: An up-to-date map is not enough for the best possible intervention. Responders also need quick access to floor plans and evacuation plans. With our alerting management software, these are available both to individual responders through the app and to the control room.
Critical Points: Flooding, landslides, fires, and other route obstacles can be reported directly by users. Our firefighter platform allows geolocated photo reporting of critical points so other responders can organize their intervention efficiently without wasting time.
Personnel Management: ActivePager is more than an alerting system. Fire departments also get full personnel and warehouse management features. Availability, shifts, and training stay under control in daily team operations.

Who Is Already Using Our Firefighter Management Platform

Several fire departments are already using ActivePager with excellent results. Our call and personnel platform has been in use since 2016 at the Bologna Fire Department Command, where it supports effective alerting management across 10 provincial volunteer stations.

Firefighters in Codroipo (UD) have also used ActivePager for years, significantly improving alerting and rescue management through faster, better-coordinated communication within their station.

Our management platform has also expanded internationally and is used by several fire corps in Switzerland.
