Ten, one hundred, one thousand users? No problem. ActivePager's Personnel Management feature lets you keep track of each user's deadlines and specific requirements.

Each user has their own profile in the system, where all activity and upcoming deadlines can be reviewed. When a user leaves the service, their profile and history can still be retained in the former members list.

Does your organization manage multiple groups? No problem. The profile management module makes it easy to handle hundreds of users across different organizations, and our filters keep everything simple.

Automatic Availability

Having real-time awareness is essential. With scheduled and instant availability updates, the system always shows how much personnel is available when needed.

Thanks to our smart geofencing system, availability can be activated or deactivated automatically when entering a defined radius around the organization's headquarters. Worried about privacy? So are we. Location coordinates remain on the device, and users keep full control over this mechanism.
